  3. Cookie Crusher: Cookie Rejector v1.01 <ASP>.  On the World Wide Web,

  11. INSTALLATION

  13. First, extract cookie11.exe.  To do this, simply choose 
  14. Start > Run in Windows and enter the path to cookie10.exe.  
  15. Alternatively, in DOS, you can navigate to the directory it's in 
  16. and type 'cookie11.exe'.  It will automatically extract.  Run 
  17. 'setup.exe' and follow the prompts to install.
